A number of positive steps today.
- Pete Torkington met with the management of REEL Cinema to discuss the idea of the club and establish if they would be interested in presenting club films within the cinema. The meeting was very positive and REEL Cinema agreed in principle to host club film presentations.
- The web address of www.andoverfilmclub.org was purchased along with hosting space. The framework for the website was put into place and a work-in-progress website was uploaded.
- A working party of interested volunteers was formed and a first meeting date agreed.
This looks like it could actually happen!
